Herts IT Support are a local IT Support business established in Ware for over 10 years. Mark Casini started Herts IT Support which was then called Laptop PC Direct in her small one bedroom flat in Ware High Street, only doing services such as PC/Laptop repairs, upgrades and virus removals for local home users. Over the years the business has expanded but Mark has remained adamant not to expand out of the Hertfordshire area to keep a high quality customer service that she has maintained over the years by focusing purely within the local area. By doing this Herts IT Support are proud to say that 75% of their customers are from exsiting customers and referrals.
