We understand how busy life can be that’s why we have started a NEW Collection/Return Laptop Service.

How does it work?

1. We arrange UPS Courier Service to collect your laptop at an arranged time and date.
2. We inspect your Laptop for FREE, then call you and tell you exactly what’s wrong and how much it will cost.
3. If required documents and images are backed up for FREE. (we charge a small fee for email back up)
4. We will then send you an email out lining all repairs, backups if required and a costing. When you receive this email and you are happy with the quote you then will need to reply with the “go ahead”. Only then will work be carried out.
5. Once repaired UPS will return your laptop & backup at an arranged time and date.

Insurance on all Laptops are £1000. If your Laptop costs more we will increase the insurance cost.

Both Collection and Delivery of your Laptop will need to be signed for your protection.

Generally the entire process takes 3-4 days.

The general cost for this Convenient Service is only £89.00. The cost will only increase if parts or additional software is required.
